The hotel offers comfortable accommodations with suitable facilities for guests with reduced mobility but struggles with a non-functional air conditioner on the 6th floor. The attentive service from the friendly staff compensates for the limited capacity, and the dining experience is slightly expensive but included in the rate. The quick airport shuttle service and close proximity make up for the lack of nearby shops.
The hotel on level 6 offered rooms with comfortable beds and maintained them very clean. The staff was particularly attentive, always smiling, and happy to assist with any request. It had a brilliant location convenient for the airport, and the dining included traditional dishes. However, the bacon was rock hard. The hotel was cozy and welcoming overall, ensuring a pleasant stay.

The hotel provides excellent disabled access rooms with suitable bathroom fittings for the less mobile, all equipped with amenities, and maintained very clean. The music of our liking was immediately available. However, the service was outstanding with the staff always smiling, happy to help, and very attentive even with only one staff member present. The location is exceptionally close to the International airport with a shuttle operating around the clock. The dining, while included in the rate, featured rock-hard bacon. Overall, a comfortable stay with some minor dining issues.
